Patrick Rafferty of Confident Coatings by Rafferty Construction, came to our home, inspected the damage and cracking, and gave us 3 unique options for repair and revitalizing our stucco.? We chose to have them pressure wash the entire house, fill and repair all the cracks – then seal the interface between the stucco and windows, door, and trim.? They also treated the stucco with two coats?Sherwin-Williams Sher-lastic elastomeric coating material.? The experienced crew completed all the work in three days.? They were friendly, very knowledgeable, and tireless as they performed their tasks.? The end product is beautiful, water proof, and has a 10 year warranty. All our friends and neighbors were very impressed with the improvement to our beautiful home.? It would have cost us twice as much money and time to replace the old stucco. Patrick and his team were wonderful to work with – they kept us completely informed of their progress and finished a day early.? We would highly recommend Confident Coatings by Rafferty Construction for any home improvement effort, especially stucco repair. Our home looks brand new !!!
